• 6 thick stalks of rhubarb (pattern)
• 275g rhubarb in small pieces
• 300 g of cream
• 450 g sour cream
• 4 eggs
• 60 g cornstarch
• 120 g of sugar
• 3 teaspoons of vanilla sugar, homemade
• 45 g of cranberries
• 2 teaspoons of brown sugar for sprinkling

1. Put sugar and pistachios in mixing bowl and grind for 15 sec / speed 10.
