Pancakes with the batter mixer & dispenser and the cast iron frying pan set 14 cm by Pampered Chef

Recipe for pancakes

ingredients

• 50g butter
• 300g milk
• 2 eggs
• 30 g of sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, homemade
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 200g flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

preparation

1. Liquefy the butter in the microwave.

2. Put all liquid ingredients in the batter mixer & dispenser.

3. Add the solid ingredients and mix all ingredients together well without the rubber lip.

4. Place the rubber lip on the stirrer insert.

5. Heat the two cast iron pans over medium heat with rapeseed oil.

6. As soon as the fat is hot, pour the dough into the pan with the largest dose and fry until golden brown on both sides.

7. TIP: I recommend using the small serving spreader for this and the mini packs to hold the pans in place!
