Bubble-up pizza on the round oven witch by

ingredients

• 400 g flour and a little more to sprinkle
• 200 g of water
• 2 - 3 pinches of sugar
• 20 g of yeast
• 50 g of olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 1 onion, halved
• 1 clove of garlic
• 20 g tomato paste
• 1 can of chunky tomatoes (400 g)
• 10 g crema di balsamic vinegar
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 2 scoops of buffalo mozzarella (125 g each), drained, halved
• 300 g sliced turkey breast
or 300 g ham, sliced
• 15 olives, black, pitted, sliced

preparation
1. Sprinkle a bowl with flour.
2. Put water, 1 pinch of sugar, yeast, flour, 30 g of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt in the mixing bowl and knead for 2 minutes. Shape the dough into a ball, place in the prepared stainless steel bowl from Pampered Chef and let rise in a warm place covered until the volume has doubled (approx. 1 hour). Rinse the mixing bowl and continue with the recipe at the end of this time.
3. Put the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl, chop 3 sec / speed 5 and push down with the spatula.
4. Add 20 g of oil and simmer for 3 minutes / 120 ° C / speed 1.
5. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and 1-2 pinches of sugar and reduce for 10 minutes / flavor / level 1. 6. Put the buffalo mozzarella and turkey breast in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5. Spread the tomato sauce on top, sprinkle with the cheese mixture, top with olives and bake for 20-30 minutes (180 ° C).
7. Serve bubble-up pizza immediately.
