Marble cake from the magic box
ingredients
• 200 g butter or margarine, soft
• 200 g of sugar
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 250 g flour
• approx. 60 g milkmaid
• approx. 20 g cocoa powder
• 2 Table spoons of milk
preparation
1. Stir the butter for about a minute until foamy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir for another minute. Add eggs one by one and stir in. Mix in flour and baking powder, slowly stir in. Add milkmaid and stir for approx. 30 seconds.
2. Put almost half of the dough in the magic box.
3. Add the cocoa powder and milk to the other half of the dough and stir briefly. Put the dark dough in the baking pan and carefully pull a fork through the dough. This will make the dough marbled
4. Bake in the preheated oven to 175 ° top / bottom heat, lower rail, for approx. 65 - 70 minutes.
5. Take the cake out of the oven, let it stand in the tin for approx. 5 minutes, then turn it out and let it cool down on the wire rack.
6. If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
