ingredients

• 1 bag of nachos
• 400g medium-aged Gouda cheese in one piece
• 350g ground beef
• 1 small can of corn
• 1 small can of kidney beans
• 1 red pepper
• 200g feta cream
• 200g tomato puree
• 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
• ½ bag of taco seasoning
• Jalapenos to taste
• Salt and pepper


preparation

1. Sear the ground beef in the large stainless steel pan using the "Mix & Chop" function and season with salt and pepper.

2. Add corn, kidney beans and bell pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and Tacco spice and reduce.

4. Place half of the nachos on the White Lady, garnish with half of the fried one, add half of the feta cream and jalapenos to taste and rub half of the Gouda cheese on top with the coarse microplane.

5. Repeat step 4.
6. Place the White Lady on the lowest rack on a wire rack and bake for 25-30 minutes at 230 degrees top / bottom heat.

7. Take the “Packs an!” Out of the oven and serve directly
