Strawberry Brownies on the Great Oven Wizard "James"

ingredients
(I took 30% less because I only had 500g strawberries, so you can do it in the small oven wizard)

dough
• 125 g of sugar
• 150 g raw cane sugar
• 315 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), in pieces
• 250 g butter, soft, cut into pieces, and a little more for greasing
• 90 g of sugar beet syrup
• 5 eggs
• 250 g flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 40 g cocoa
• 625 g strawberries, cut into small pieces

Strawberry cream
• 250 grams of sugar
• 215 g butter, soft, cut into pieces
• 75 g strawberry jam
• 5 drops of food coloring, red

Chocolate topping and finishing
• 160 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), in pieces
• 160 g butter, cut into pieces


preparation

dough
1. Put the sugar and raw cane sugar in the mixing bowl, pulverize 10 sec./ speed 10 and push down with the spatula.

2. Add the chocolate, grind 6 sec / speed 8 and push down with the spatula.

3. Add butter and sugar beet syrup, melt 6 minutes / 50 ° C / level 2 and allow to cool to 37 ° C actual temperature display (takes approx. 10 minutes). During this time, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

4. Add the eggs, flour, baking powder and cocoa to the mixing bowl and stir for 15 sec / speed 4.
5. Add the strawberries and fold in using the spatula. Pour the dough into the Great Oven Wizard "James" and bake for 30-35 minutes (200 ° C). During this time, rinse the mixing bowl. Let the cake cool in the James.


Strawberry cream
